Dextrose - Brewing Sugar

Dextrose contains not less than 99.5% glucose which
is a simple sugar that ferments out completely. Coopers Dextrose
avoids the sharp cidery characters that can be produced by
using household sugar. A favourite with experienced brewers,
suitable for all beer styles. Combine this with Light Malt
for beer improvement.

Enhancer 1
- Brewing Sugar 1kg
Coopers Brew Enhancer1 contains dextrose and maltodextrin.
The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual
cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus
improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. Recommended
for use with your lighter style beers such as Lager, Draught
and Pilsener.

Brew Enhancer2 contains dextrose, maltodextrin and
Light Dry Malt. The dextrose will ferment out completely with
no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not
ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention.
The Light Dry Malt, being 100% pale malt, will further add
to the body and increase the malt character of your favourite
brew. Great for use with any beer styles where a fuller, maltier
flavour is preferred.

Carbonation Drops
(250g or 80 tablets)
Carbonation Drops dissolve quickly without the need for inverting
or shaking the bottle.The dosage required is 1 drop per 345-375ml
bottles or 2 drops per 740-750ml bottle.

Maltodextrin
- $2 ( 4 oz) or $15 (1 kg)
Also known as Corn Syrup. Good for adding mouth feel, body
and head retention to brews without affecting flavor. Maltodextrin
is a chain between 4 and 20 dextrose units in length making
it only 3% fermentable by brewer's yeast. Popular among sportman
for making energy drinks.
Direction: Mix 4 oz with 1 kg Dextrose in making light beer
or 8 oz for a that thick creamy stout.

Candi Sugar (Clear or Dark) 450g or 1 lb
Belgian Candi Sugar is authentic crystalized beet sugar. It is in diamond form without strings & no straining is needed. Color in dilution depends on the amount of sugar used & the volume of liquid. It's use increases alcohol & lightens body. Used by professional brewers to produce some of the unique beers of Belgium. Directions: Use one to two Ibs. of sugar per 5 or 6 gl. batch. For pale colored and Tripple style beers, use clear candi. For Grand Cru, Abbey and Saison styles use a mixture of clear and dark. For Dubbel, Old Bruin and holiday styles use the dark sugar.
