Alcohol: 4.0% v/v (3.1% w/w)

Water Treatment: None.

Grain:
4.5kg Pale Malt
0.227g Aromatic (20L)
0.227g Crystal (120L)
0.113g Special Roast (50L)

Mash: 85% efficiency
Mash at 66C for 60 minutes. water/grain 3:1
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.035 32 liters

Hops:
44g Kent Golding (4.8% AA, 60 min.)
19g Kent Golding (4.8% AA, 20 min.)
19g Kent Golding (4.8% AA, 1 min.)

Yeast:
Wyeast 1469-PC West Yorkshire Ale Yeast (2 Liters Starter)
