German Pilsener

Brew this a few weeks back.

Brewer: HTKM
Beer: German Pilsener
Style: Pilsener
Type: All grain
Size: 26.2 liters

Color: 3 SRM (6 EBC)
Bitterness: 36 IBU
OG: 1.050 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.1% v/v (4.0% w/w)

Water Treatment: None.

Grain:
4.9kg Pilsener Malt

Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash at 64C for 90 minutes. water/grain 3:1
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.044 32 liters

Hops:
27g Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
14g Hallertau (5% AA, 15 min.)
14g Hallertau (5% AA, 1 min.)

Yeast: Wyeast 2247-PC European Lager.
