Put this one down on the Monday of CNY, still fermenting at 10*C, should be ready for bottling this weekend, fingers crossed.

Style: Danish Lager
Grain: 2.5kg German Pilsner (Mash: 70% efficiency)
0.2kg Corn sugar
0.1kg Brown sugar (Added this cos it needed some color!)
Color: 3 HCU (~3 SRM)
Size: 14 liters
OG: 1.047
FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.7% w/w)

Hops
0.75 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
0.8 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
Bitterness: 41 IBU

Wyeast Danish Lager 2042
I prefer a bottle in front of me to a frontal lobotomy.
