Don't need a question to start a thread here. The weather is hot, it would be nice to know when the next brew is coming.

Simple Pale Ale

Filled 2 TADs and two 500 ml bottles after 8 days in primary

Beer Style: Pale Ale
All grain Size: 14 liters
Color: 8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 20 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)

Grain: 2.0 kg Pilsner Grains
0.25 kg Aromatic Grains
Mash: 70% efficiency

0.4kg Caramelized cane sugar
0.2kg Corn syrup

Hops: 1.0 oz. Hallertauer (5% AA, 30 min.)
0.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)

1oz pepper corns (crushed) (30 mins)
1/2 teaspoon Irish Moss (15 mins)

Yeast: Nottingham
Primed with Corn syrup

Initial taste - aromatic malt, caramel and hops - in that order. Not as clear as I had hoped. Hope it improves with age.
I prefer a bottle in front of me to a frontal lobotomy.
