Type: All grain
Size: 23 liters

Color: 5 SRM
Bitterness: 38 IBU
OG: 1.045 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v

Water Treatment: None.

3.9kg Pilsener Malt
0.23kg CaraPils Malt

Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash Water Volume: 17L
Mash at 60C for 15 minutes. And 66C for 45 minutes.
Boil: 90 minutes

31g Perle (60 min.)
21g Hersbrucker (15 min.)

Yeast: WLP830 German Lager Yeast.
