A customer told me yesterday. He works at Alexandra, right across Gillman Village. Apparently, S/S fermenters are already installed and brewing. Getting ready for the grand opening on 28th March. Ticket going for $28. Free flow of beers all night.

I will take some pictures if I am around that area. Or anyone pls.
Anyway, nobody in the brewing circle seems to know about this. Like something just grew out of the ground all of sudden. What a Surprise!. Don't know this person Dasha too. According the information they are using Czech brewing technology from Prague. It also mentioned wort concentrate. Could this be high tech extract brewing? Hmm.. . .

Keep your ears on the ground.
Can't wait to check them out on their opening.

for beer whores.... its like... what??? $28 and drink all you can??? bringgg em on!!!

I'll check out the place like I've checked out the rest of the micros but the fact that there are just that few that are worth revisiting again and again.

Give chance lah, none of us have even tried what they have to offer. If they really brew extract beer and can taste decent, priced well and consistant, its definitely worth a visit unlike a particular place that shall not be named.

Hi Guys!

I have spoken to the new owner, Dasha.
The official opening is on 28th Mar (Friday). Tickets going for $28, free flow of beers. I think there will be 4 kinds of Czech Pils that night.
There will be people from the Brewing industry and media. Looks like it is going to be a quite an interesting night.

I have already bought my ticket. Anyone else joining me?

Online purchase & payment. However, the option for payment via internet transfer doesn't seem to be working. No choice but to pay by credit card.

As seen on their menu:

SVETLE PIVO - White Original Czech Pilsner Brew
CIERNE PIVO - Black Czech Pilsner Brew
REZANE PIVO - Black & White Czech Pilsner Brew

Do they have anything non-pilsner?
