Been almost 3 years since I last visited this forum, wow!!! time flies....

OK, as of Jan 2012, I have made 2 batches of Makkoli (the milky/cloudy Korean Rice beverage).
The first was binned because I was careless and a stray microbe robbed me good.

The second and third went smoothly and will be experimenting more brews with fruits added (more for taste).


Clear corn syrup was added at bottling for sweetness and carbonation.

I was intrigued with this milky sweet beverage when I first had it.
