Got a question. What do you do with an empty beer line? Leave it with water inside the line or with BLC solution or ???

Excellent question. When cleaning my keg lines I use PBW, rinse well with warm water then run StarSan thru to kill any nasties if I am using or storing the line. What I noticed is that leaving StarSan in tends to yellow the plastic (which I am told is harmless, only aesthetic problem). Still I don't like yellow lines because they look unclean, so now I purge the SS dry with CO2 which seems to keep everything clean and ready for use.

Not only StarSan changes the pvc pipe to yellow but it leaves a sticky resedue. Or is it just that my pipe is too cheap? What about the taps?
