Serving Pressure

What is the suggested Co2 pressure for serving beer?

I pressurise to 20 PSI for a week to carbonate, then lower to 10 PSI for serving.

Is this OK?

mine is at 5. I think it depends on the length of your beer line, carbonation level, temp of the fridge, height of your tap etc. Suggest you read this FAQ on balancing tap system: http://www.brewboard.com/index.php?showtopic=33447
