Description
A rich, dark brew displaying coffee, chocolate and licorice aromatics, roasty bitter notes with a dry finish.
Coopers DIY Beer Irish Stout is an authentic recipe containing a blend of malted barley, roasted barley, flaked barley and hops. The pour will exhibit a turbulent, cascading tan foaming action. Eventually, this settles into a creamy beige coloured head that rests atop the beer.

Followed the instructions and ingredients – no deviation. Relatively light drink with little to medium body, not much flavours, very clean drink. Most unimpressive drink I’ve made so far. OG: 1.042. FG: 1.002 after 10 days in the fermenter. I bottled with 2 carbonation drops and this would give around 5.5%ABV.

Body and flavour is strong. With the correct amount of hops, taste fresh and new. With the added sugars you can achieve the desired alc percentage. Highly demand my by friends when I brew. Recommend.
