Description

(USA 9.9% AA) – Traditional German bittering hop with a minty aroma. It is the only hop in Anchor Steam® beer, where it is used for both bittering and flavor/aroma. We use Northern Brewer as the bittering hop in some of our ingredient kits. 1oz per 5 gallon batch provides a nice, medium-level bitterness.
