Stranda is a kveik strain owned by Stein Langlo from Stranda, Norway. Stranda has a uniquely pleasant fruitiness and an absurdly wide fermentation range, and ferments clean across the entire range. Ideal for use when you have little to no temperature control of your fermentation.
