Coopers Fermenter Cooling Jacket

Description

Designed only to work with Coopers brand fermenters (30L). The cooling jacket helps maintain a consistent wort temperature of between 20-23 deg Celsius. It is NOT designed for crash cooling.

Instructions:

1. Chill all ice packs in freezer prior to use.
2. Align fermenter on support base provided.
3. Place ice packs on the flat sides of the fermenters, small ice packs on top of the larger ones.
4. Wrap cooling jacket around the fermenter and ice packs with velcro straps facing the front.
5. Ensure fermenter tap protrudes from widest gap between the jacket velcro straps.
6. Swap ice packs every 8 to12 hours.
7. To ‘control’ fermentation temperature, simply change the frequency of ice swaps.

• 1 x Insulation Jacket
• 4 x Small Reusable Ice Packs
• 4 x Large Reusable Ice Packs
• 1 x Support Base with Thermometer

Plastic fermenter not included.
